Waterford Development is a renowned real estate developer of residential and commercial projects, particularly in Washington DC area. Their projects include The Broadway, an award-winning, mixed-use development in the center of Falls Church, Virginia.

Regional Plan Association (RPA) is an independent, not-for-profit regional planning organization that improves the quality of life and the economic competitiveness of the 31-county New York-New Jersey-Connecticut region through research, planning, and advocacy. In 2002 NADC and RPA established the New Amsterdam Waterfront Exchange.

Project for Public Spaces (PPS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining public places that build communities. PPS provide technical assistance; workshops, training and research, helping people turn their public spaces into vital community places.
