/NADC responds to RFP Cityhall, Troy, NY
On April 29th 2008, NADC responded to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the City Hall location in downtown Troy (New York). The RFP was issued by the Tutunjian Administration.
NADC is proposing to relocate the city hall offices for 5 years in the mooradian building at River Street, owned by NADC. After that City Hall could return to its former downtown location which will be redeveloped by then with a mixed use project with offices, retail on the ground floor and residences which views at the Hudson River. The downtown redevelopment includes multiple new buildings in a historic district. For the complete document click here.
