Jim Foley is development manager at NADC. Jim holds his Master Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University. Jim joint NADC in 2006 as a 10-year real estate investment professional with project management in Chicago and New York. Most recently Jim was a member of the New York City acquisition team for Time Equities, Inc. a large New York based real estate investment firm.
Jim coordinates all aspects of NADC's development interests including our current project in Troy, NY:
the mooradian lofts, an adaptive re-use of a 84,000 SF riverfront warehouse property.
